Shipping your package; item in stock

Parcels are normally dispatched within one week of receipt of payment. This applies for items available in immediate stock, they are notified of a "STOCK" on the security.

You can choose between three different shipping modes: economical, priority and tracking. Only the tracking mode is provided with a tracking number, no recourse is possible if you have not selected the tracking mode.

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of your package. Please group your orders at the outset, as it is not possible to group two separate orders. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the post office, please wait the minimum time required before making any request in writing.

The economic shipment corresponds to: 1 to 2 weeks of lead time for shipments to Europe
Priority shipment corresponds to: 1 week lead time for shipments to Europe
The tracking shipment corresponds to: 1 week of deadlines + tracking for shipments to Europe
> of course all these deadlines are approximate deadlines

Shipping your package; pre-order item

Packages are shipped a minimum of one to two months after the date of release of the item. You are free to send us an email after a month in order to request some news and information. Deadlines can vary as we depend on suppliers, delivery services and the time of receipt of the goods.

Be sure to place two separate orders when ordering items in stock and pre-order, the order will only be sent when all items are available. It will not be possible for us to split them into several shipments after receiving your payment. As it is not possible for us to group several separate commands together.

Shipping your package; on order item

On order items are based on the same basis as pre-ordered items. The ordered items are goods that are no longer in stock with us, or whose pre-orders are completed but that are offered to you at prices that are sometimes different from those proposed in pre-order. You can find items sold out, or released a few years ago.

The command takes place in the same way as for pre-orders. Items will be available at least one to two months after receipt of payment on our accounts. You are free to send us an email after a month in order to request some news and information. Deadlines can vary as we depend on suppliers, delivery services and the time of receipt of the goods.

As with the rest, the order is sent when all items are available. So be sure to place multiple orders if you don’t want to wait.

RETURN

Returns are possible but under several very strict conditions in order to limit the abuse of the right of return.

Return a defective item that does not meet its description

> An article received defective or not conforming to the description given on the site gives the right to a return, postage at our expense. To be eligible it must be broken, damaged, incorrect model. To do this you will have to send us by email pictures of good qualities so that we can study the case, as well as explanation of the problem.


If you are eligible you will have to send us the said article, provide us with the proof of return with the post ticket so that we can refund you this one. Depending on the decision made, the refund of the item is made when it is received on our premises.

Return an item for other reasons

> An item that you do not like in the end may be returned to us, but all the costs of the return are at your expense. The refund of the item will only be as a gift voucher for our site.

Cancel an order
> Cancelling an order is possible but the refund will only be in voucher for the site of equal value to your order. We only refund if the cancellation comes from us. (no stock, supplier problem, damaged ect )

Availability of products 

We do our best to ensure that all product sheets as well as the sites are updated regularly but it may happen that an item is no longer available at the time of ordering. Possible scenarios include:

Products marked "in stock"
Products marked as "in stock" are available immediately, and can be sent after payment of the order. An item marked in "stock" may no longer be in stock at the time of your order. If this case arises an email will be sent to you with the different possibilities. Such as a refund, or a proposal to order the item in question.

Products marked in "pre-order"
Products marked as available for pre-order may be subject to sold out at the time of your order. If this is the case a refund will be sent to you along with an explanation of the cancellation of your order.

Products marked in "order"
Products being marked as available for order may sometimes be subject to a price change. Despite the regular updating of the products it is possible that a price is no longer the one displayed on the sheet. As for the previous cases, an email will be sent to you with explanations, and the possibilities available to you.
